Hi,

I noticed something on the web client, even if the language of the user is
correctly assigned (the menus and other labels are in the correct language),
the display of the digits and the timedelta is in English format. The dates
are in the chosen language.
It is possible to have everything in the language of the user? Is This a bug?

Indeed for number, we use the internal Javascript formatting.
We could use toLocaleString instead of toFixed, but we will need a way
to parse it back to Number.

For timedelta it is the same issue.

I can not reproduce it on the demo server with the user demo_fr.
But which tooltips? Maybe you did not compile the sao translations (done
with default grunt task)?

The tooltips of the menu bar (Create a new record, Save the record, etc), the
other tooltip (on fields) are translated, it's strange.
I have run grunt like this : grunt dev

The 'dev' does not compile the translations. Only the 'default' does.
