Hello,

in the tests of trytond I see pysqlite2 is used.

As far as I understand, pysqlite2 is not compatible with Python3

Does this mean that trytond is meant to be for Python2 only ?

I ask this because I'm trying to package Tryton for GuixSD

If you don't define a proper database, maybe

No, it runs fine under Python3

It is an optional dependency to support late version on old Python
version. It is even not mentioned in setup.py

and how do I define a proper database ?
Will a running postgresql service be enough ?

No, it runs fine under Python3
