how to execute the tryton and trytond files in windows through cmd ??

You must run it with a Python interpreter.
Running the server on Windows is not an easy task as you must setup a
Python environment first.
PS: Please avoid posting images on the mailing list, most of the people
here will not look at it. Write proper question with all the
information.
