Color settings for tryton client

Hello,
I have installed the 3.8. client for tryton. One thing which will lead into discussions will be the new color settings:
Actual it is not visible, if a field is read-only or editable. Is there a way to change this behaviour, so the field has a grey background?

Editable fields have their label in italic.

Unfortunately GTK+2 doesn't theme differently non-editable Entry, in
previous version there was a crappy hack to emulate such thing but it
was not compliant with the accessibility goal.
