RFC: Sale Deposit module

Hello,

Now that the account_deposit module has been included in trunk we can
develop the sale_deposit module based on the description from the
blueprint[1].

The main differences from the blueprint is:

The introduction of a new object "Deposit Term" that defines the
payment term of the deposit invoice to create, the method used to
block the shipment (if the shipment should be blocked).

Here is the tryton issue with the feature request:

Please comment in case there is some use case that seems to not work
with this design.
