After installing tryton from Fedoras repository I realized, that installed packages are obsolete (Version 2.6). Trying to start trytond failed.

I removed old packages by dnf  (installer) and installed again the newest Version (4.0.1) by pip. Now I'm missing some configuration files, e.g. trytond.service or /etc/trytond.conf. Database tryton is created with owner tryton.

Who knows, what's missing in the system.  Possible to extract single files by dnf from an rpm Archive?

I prefer install from pip or hg.

It will be great to ask Fedora to up date their packages.

You should find most of the files here:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/Application:ERP:Tryton:4.0/trytond
As written on the german list, Fedora as build tarkget should not be too
difficult

Cheers
Axel
