Add sum widget in SAO

Hi,

I was reading the docs about add the sum of a field on the bottom of list in tree view [1], but this only work on desktop client not in web. Is there a way to activate it, or how can I customize this to add the sum to tree view?

And in fact, I am correctly working on this patch in order to get it
included (thanks to coopengo for sponsoring our work on it btw).
