Drone maintenance

Hi,

While working on https://bugs.tryton.org/issue6030, the update of docker
broke the old version of drone.
This means that drone is not able to run any build. I tried to run an
old docker inside docker but I did not manage to succeed.
So the last option is to fix the drone 0.3 to be able to speak to the
new docker. This will take some times so I'm asking to not push any
commit until further notice.

It should work back again.
I have modified the old drone to support the new API of docker.
I have tested some builds and everything seem to work.

So the migration to the new drone will continue, you can follow it at
