How to write tooltips

Hi,

I started a discussion to rationalize how we should write tooltips in
Tryton:

I think the TUB2016 sprint could be a good place to improve the
discoverability of the application. (to replace the never starting
project of writing documentation)

it is IMHO a very good initiative! And it would push a bit the idea of
an auto-generated documentation made of internal help strings.

Perhaps a little bit, but tooltips can not and should not replace
documentation (see my answer at
