Translation updated for 4.0

Hi,

The translations on the Pootle server are updated for the coming 4.0
release. You can start translating. There are about 1500 new terms to
check per language.

I am using the Pootle web interface. Although the added translations are saved correctly, the progress of translation is not updated.

The same applies to the exported files. These no contain translations saved through the web interface.

It could be related to the refresh interval of Pootle?

Today I am seeing this problem, but like I am new in pootle, I was sure if this is a bug or a strange works way of pootle

The statistics are updated once per day.
There were many failed jobs in the queue, so I relaunched them. Now the
queue is decreasing in few times it should go back to a normal state.
