to TRUST for T cell receptor hypervariable region assembly
Hi,
I got the tar file of trust and installed with "python setup.py instalI. I am a bit confused with the tool installation. I have a "trust" executable but when I run trust --help, the options which I see is "list, extract, extract-compat, anchor" as the options. I do not see any documentation as to what these are while I am expecting to see something like "-f option" while running help. Could you please help me with this?

Which TRUST version are you using?

Thanks,
Bo

Can you please point to a workable version instead? I wanted to try the tool after listening to Prof. Shirley Liu's talk the other day at our university. Unfortunately, I am having trouble using the tool.

Jian,

I don't recall that we have the functional modules as mentioned by Uma -- is this an update you made to TRUST3.0?

Thanks,
Bo

Hi Bo, I don’t think we have those modules in any version of TRUST.

Hi Uma, could you please try the latest version of TRUST (v3.0.3) which you can easily download from https://bitbucket.org/liulab/trust/overview. I have also attached the standard output of trust with -h/—help option. I think we may need some more details on how you make the installation to help you solve the problem. Please let’s know if you have any further questions.

Thanks,
Jian
