Trinity latest version

Good afternoon, could you help me with installing the newest version of Trinity. When using the "install conda -c bioconda trinity" command, version 2.1.1 is installed. How can I install the latest version of the program?

The best way to run Trinity is via singularity:

Hi Karina:

When I updated the trinity package in my trinity conda environment, it updated the Trinity version from 2.1.1 (originally installed) to 2.8.5.  But I would also like to know how  to get version 2.15.1 installed into my conda environment. Does anyone know?

Activate the trinity conda environment:

conda activate trinity

Then update the trinity package:

conda update trinity
