Hello,

Is there any possibility of creating a S. cerevisiae CTAT genome for fusion transcript quantification? FASTA file conversion feasible?

Thank you in advance

Sean

Hi,

You can build your own ctat genome lib via:  https://github.com/TrinityCTAT/ctat-genome-lib-builder/wiki

It's not quick and easy, but it's generally possible.

Hope this helps!
