Trends earth Trends earth giving error

Good afternoon people!
I've been trying to open the ODS 15.3.1 Indicator for days, but when I request it (run locally) qgis stops responding and displays the system error qgis-ltr-bin.exe qgis-ltr-bin.exe
I've already uninstalled qgis to try to fix the problem, and I've also uninstalled puglin from trends, but the same thing remains.
When I ask to open the indicator window, it runs for hours.
Could anyone help me how to solve this problem?

Hi Maria Fernanda,

What version of QGIS do you have currently running on your machine? Could you please try running the analysis on QGIS 3.28? We noticed that Trends.Earth has been facing some issues to run task in more recent versions of QGIS due to python updates that we are still to adjust for.
