Does anyone have any update on the restoration of theTDU archive at http://tdu.to ?

It would be a shame for the thousands of archived photos to be lost, along with the ability to search them.

I understand that Malcolm Miles maintained this as a "labour of love" - has he reached out for any help required, financial or manpower?

Malcolm is working on it as time allows and is hoping to recover most of
the archive.

He is currently working on a return to the original format, but we are
looking at another possible option using the Google "Blogger" product. 
This has the advantage of not requiring our own server, but we are not
clear if it will provide all we want for a TDU archive.

I have set up a 'test site at https://tramsdownunder.blogspot.com/

It is public and visible to all but ALL posts are moderated by me and I
won't be passing though any posts that don't come through TDU at this
stage.  As it stands I have to check every post - so delays and
disappointments are to be expected!

It only has recent posts - and then only a few that I consider
significant enough to archive.
