Good morning
For those of you coming to Zimbabwe you are required to fill in an evisa application.
Here is the link.
Do it before you travel it will save you a huge amount of time at the border.

To pre-empt any confusion and panic, those countries which currently visa free to Zimbabwe do not HAVE to use the e-visa platform, but could still use it do an online border entering decleration. 


"Visitors from the countries listed below are not required to have a visa to travel to Zimbabwe. The entering declaration can be submitted online prior to travel.

Dear Mike 
I had to fill in an evisa at Beit Bridge border post last month. I did tell the immigration officer that I was a retiring resident but I had to fill in the evisa at the border.
I am a permanent resident of Zimbabwe. 
There was a family of 5 all Zimbabwean passport holders all had to fill in the evisa at the border.
I am only speaking from my experience.

Yes, fully agree all going to Zim should go to the e-visa link and do the necessary online there prior to departure.

Hello T4A, 

Google says that the Zimbo E-Visa costs between US$ 30 and US$ 50. yet South Africa is listed as a Visa free Country. 

are I confused or is this just a money making racket (again)
