Good Day  All

I’m planning a 3 day trip to the disused rail tunnels in the De Doorns area. I have the route ect figured out  but I’m not sure where to get permission to drive it.

Can anyone advise ?

Thanks
Mark

Hi Mark

The best advice is to join up with a guiding/tour operator. The tunnels are on private land and unless you know the owner/s you are likely to run into trespassing issues.
Try .. Jaunt Events, Tunnel Trail, Impangele 4x4

Cheers

Hi Brett

Thanks for the input,  part of a tour is not going to work for me as I normally travel during the week. Contacting the lodge for information seems to be the best, although my mapping seems to show the route as a servitude ( which it would if they was a rail road )

Thanks
Mark
