Downloading Maps from T4A order email or website

Hello, 

I am sure it is a user error - but when I try to download the map links to update our sat nav it takes be back to the purchase page. 

I have emailed T4A but don't expect them to answer today (Sunday) but would be grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction so I can update today if possible.

What brand and model of the satnav

Which maps are you trying to download. 

Assuming its a garmian the quickest way is to just download or copy from the T4A website into a micro SD card and just slot that card into the Garmin. Then make sure on the Garmin you turn off and on and them point the device to the new micro SD card maps only. Untick all other downloaded maps on the device. I hope this helps but if not Lizette is pretty quick in responding.

I know you've emailed the support team already, but you can also phone them after 8am if you need quick assistance. Else they will get back to you via email as well, it just takes a bit of time to work through the inbox. I am afraid I am not familiar with the online purchase procedures so unable to give any advice here.
