How do I enable attachments to pages?

I'm trying to enable the functionality mentioned here:
wiki/WikiFormatting

Where the code "[[Image(link)]]" should point to an attachment instead of a hyperlink.

What I'd like to be able to do is to have a button at the bottom of a wiki page where I can attach files like images and then have them displayed on the wiki page using the [[Image()]] function.

How is this done?

Okay, seems a restart of httpd fixed that issue. Odd.

But it works now.
