env upgrade 1.0 --> 1.2 fails

Hi,

on

trac-admin "/srv/www/trac" upgrade

I get a message reagarding character sets and collations of all tables have to be one of utf8_bin or utf8mb4_bin, but they are. The enclosed log says

2023-07-03 10:31:05,520 Trac[env] WARNING: Component <Component trac.env.EnvironmentSetup> requires environment upgrade
2023-07-03 10:31:05,521 Trac[api] INFO: Need to upgrade database_version from 29 to 41

Sorry, Jun... to say the least, upgrading from 1.0 to 1.4 is a bumpy, bumpy road... I missed that thread and forgot to manually set the tables collation, no it works. Thanks a lot!
