Description renders incorrectly in Chrome

Hi All,
I have installed Trac 1.4.1. Previously we were using Trac 1.0. I am facing this problem of Description Text Area renders incorrectly. It got shifted to the right side as seen in the picture (Attached).
Also, Summary field is not as expected.
I am using Google Chrome.
Version 80.0.3987.87 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Any help would greatly appreciated. Thanks.
