How to suppress dispaly of Quick-Jump search banner?

Hi All,
When we search for a ticket (eg: #1234) in search field above the navigation bar we get a message:
"You arrived here through the quick-jump search feature. To instead search for the term #1234, click here."
Is there a way to suppress this banner? If yes please let me know. Thanks.
