Error when using 'Save revision to' from 'SVN Revision graph'

OS: Windows 10 Pro
Version: TortoiseSVN 1.9.7, Build 27907 - 64 Bit , 2017/08/08 19:34:38
Steps:
1. Right click a file managed by SVN
2. Select 'SVN Revision graph'
3. Right click a version from the graph
4. Select 'Show log'
5. Right click revision entry
6. Select 'Save revision to' - Error occurs here
'Save revision to' dialog opens with an 'Open File' warning dialog that states:
You can't open this location using this program.
Please try a different location.
The 'File Name' field of the 'Save revision to' dialog is blank.
Note: The 'Save revision to' operation works using the following steps:
1. Right click a file managed by SVN
2. Select 'Show log'
3. Right click the desired revision entry
4. Select 'Save revision to'
5. Click 'Save' button
The 'File Name' field of the 'Save revision to' dialog contains a file name with the format FileName-RevisionNumber.ext.
