Change Repository Browser workflow

Currently when you use rightlclick on empty folder and click on view Repository Browser, you get a dropdown list with URLs. It would be better to skip this dialog at all and go directly to the  main Repository Browser, so be able to select a favorite (which should be expanded by default).
