TortoiseSVN 1.13.0 and below had libapr_tsvn.dll 1.6.5.0 that did not support Windows Deduplication.
TortoiseSVN 1.13.1 had libapr_tsvn.dll 1.7.0.0 that fixed Windows Deduplication support.
TortoiseSVN 1.14.0 now has libapr_tsvn.dll 1.6.5.0 again.
Is this intentional or a mistake?

Hello.

TortoiseSVN version 1.13.1 introduced an updated version 1.7.0.0 of libapr_tsvn.dll that supported Windows Deduplication. Now, after upgrading to TortoiseSVN 1.14.0 I noticed that libapr_tsvn.dll is now of version 1.6.5.0, the version that previously had no support of Windows Deduplication.
My question is: is this intentional downgrade or a mistake?

Thank you.

Thank you, Stefan. Do you have any estimations on when there will be an update to libapr_tsvn.dll that supports both Windows Deduplication and this bug fixed?

Sorry, no.
I'm not involved in the apr project, but the bug has been reported on their mailing list for a while now. So let's hope there will be a bugfix version soon.
