TortoiseSVN is no longer working with VSCode after upgrading to version 1.14.0

We are getting the following error message:   
"Setting: "TortoiseSVN.tortoiseSVNProcExePath" is invalid.  Please specify a correct one, then restar VSCode."

Reverting back to version 1.13.xxxx resolves the problem.   Has anybody else had this problem?  If so, what was the resolution?
