Enable menu items on deleted files

Inside the SVN Update dialog there can be deleted entries. The context menu shows only the [Copy to clipboard].
It would be better if we had the possibility to see the [Open parent folder] and [Show log] menu items as well.

Enabled the "open parent folder" for deleted items in r28259.
As for the "Show log": it wouldn't work since we don't have the info in which revision the item got deleted. Showing the log for deleted items requires that the log dialog is started with the revision where the file still existed.
If we would use the wc-revision before the update, then there could be several commits to the deleted file until the revision it got deleted.
