When TortoiseSVN folder icon overlays are enabled, TeamCity SVN agent checkout (SVNKit) fails with error svn: E200030: There are unfinished transactions detected

Hi

I'd like to find out if anyone has encountered a similar error before:

svn: E200030: There are unfinished transactions detected in folder

This happens on my TeamCity build server, when I try doing a SVN checkout, using a *different* SVN client (apart from Tortoise). However, when I switch off folder icon overlays (in Tortoise) the issue goes away.

It looks like the overlay icons from Tortoise might be causing something to break in SVNKit when checking out files?

Does anyone have a suggestion for how I can find out if this should be logged as a Tortoise bug?

There is a workaround for now - just switch off overlay icons for the folder using Tortoise settings.
