1.14: Link to bugtracker, generated from Bug-ID, doesn't open browser window anymore

The link, generated from Bug-ID with bugtraq:url doesn't get opened in browser - there is no reaction for click on this link. Nothing happens, though cursor converts to pointing finger when hovering this link.
Always reproducible with 1.14 from log window or from ProjectMonitor window.
Tested with downgrade to 1.13.1 - links are working. So it seems that some changes after 1.13.1 have broken opening URLs from log message windows.
My colleagues are seeing the same behavior.

Can anyone else reproduce it?

We use Mantis, if that matters.
