Problem's with new tortoise SVN and Windows 11

Hi
Installing the last version of tortoise SVN 1.14.7.29687-x64-svn-1.14.3 .I can do repo browsing/checkout and commit
But i cannot show Log because it gives me the error that root path access is forbidden
I have to install previous version of tortoise 1.14.6.29673-x64-svn-1.14.3 that it works
