Windows explorer context menu slow to show in WSL SVN folders

When browsing the WSL filesystem in windows explorer the context menu takes around 30 seconds to show when right clicking in a folder containing a SVN working copy. I presume tortoise is trying to parse the working copy which is very slow over WSL.

Disabling the context menu by adding "\\wsl.localhost\*" to the exclusions fixes the problem when right clicking inside a folder but right clicking directly on a file or folder is still slow
