Check for updates says:

Your version is: 1.9.4.27285

Current version is: 1.9.4.27283

 

Complete version information in the About dialog:

TortoiseSVN 1.9.4, Build 27285 - 64 Bit , 2016/04/24 13:59:58

 

 

Was there som rollback or the update server is sending wrong data?

All is fine. As far as I followed the topic, this is due to some minor glitch with how 1.9.4 was built which lead to a mismatch between the 32- and the 64-bit revision numbers. Effectively you are all fine here (aka: 27285 is the 64-bit revision corresponding to the 32-bit built which is 27283).

I'd expect that the issue will resolve itself with the next TSVN version (aka >= 1.9.5).

This is still an issue in yesterdays nightly (TortoiseSVN-1.10.99.28390-dev-x64-ipv6-svn-1.10.dev), and in my version TortoiseSVN-1.10.1.28295-x64-svn-1.10.2:
