Change not commited when confirming to use a tag

I was quite surprised but today I might have discovered a strange bug.
After changing a file in a checked out tag, I wanted to commit it using TortoiseSVN 1.12.2 but it did not work as expected.
I received the warning that I will change a tag and after confirming the commit the file was not updated in the repository.
I've tried again and the file still was not changed.
Performing the same operation from the command line worked as expected.
