Comit changes and create tag in single step?

Hi!

In the Branch/Tag... dialog it is possible to create a tag from the WC including uncommitted changes, but those changes remain uncommitted (in the WC, they of course go into the created tag).

Is there a way to also commit those changes?

I would first commit the changes and then create the tag.

that's 'cleaner' than committing from a WC with uncommitted changes.
