Working copy locked when moving file into sub-dir

Hi,

When right-dragging a versioned file into a sub-dir for "SVN Move versioned item here" it errors out with:

Working copy c:\a\b locked.

c:\a is already locked.

Please execute the Cleanup command.

Note the different directories.

A cleanup isn't actually necessary after this error and other 'normal' operations work fine.

SVN Copy into a sub-dir errors out as well with a different error message.
