The show log action when merging revisions doesn't gray out already merged revisiones

When I try to merge file revisions into working directory, the already merged revisions does not appear grayed out.

With a quick check, it seemed to work as expected on my system. I suggest that you create step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue, including as much detail as you can. That should make it easier for others to help. I would also suggest including the specific version of TortoiseSVN and Windows that you are using too.
