Commit Monitor not updating to latest date

Hi, I've been using commit monitor fine for past few years, I recently reformatted  my machine. I installed the Commit Monitor from the sourceforge, realized  it's not the same one, and used the one from tortoisesvn instead.

The monitor does not report  any updates past the date it was added. The date is not updated (Today  is 8 May)

What happens if you click Check Now?

I tested on a recent nightly build and the date (and the log list) updates just fine.
