Log Viewer - Revision in Italic

Hi, since updating to TortoiseSVN 1.10.0, I have noticed that the log message for the current revision is displayed in bold and italic, whereas previously this was displayed in bold. I much prefer the old style, is it possible to change this behaviour through a setting? I have looked for one but cannot see one.

Or am I perhaps misinterpreting the display? Does the bold continue to indicate the current revision and the italic indicate something else?

Since bold alone is used for unread log messages in the project monitor part (which is basically an extended log dialog), I had to use italic to mark the current revision.

Sorry, there's no option to turn this off.
