After update from 1.12 to 1.14.0 the link to issue from log message stopped working

Hi,

I upgraded from 1.12 to 1.14 and the link to JIRA from message log stopped working (it works fine in commit dialog). How can I debug what's wrong? Our settings is:

bugtraq:apped - false
bugtraq:logregex - ([A-Z]+-\d+) [A-Z]+-\d+
bugtraq:number - false
bugtraq:warnifnoissue - true

The issue is in underlined blue and when clicked, nothing happens. When I enter issue id in commit dialog, it is not underlined but in bold italics (with url hint) and when clicked, JIRA issue opens.

Is this the same as the issue reported with the title "Bugtraq plugin doesn't work after the v1.14 update"?
