settings window does not open

Hello Stefan,

there seems to be a bug in

TortoiseSVN 1.14.99, Build 29338 - 64 Bit -dev, 2022/01/14 20:36:39

I cannot open the settings window. Nothing happens when I click on the "settings" menu item.

I tried to update to the latest nightly build, but they are not available because of some build errors.

Are you still using Win7? Just so I know I have to check all APIs for Win7 compatibility...

Does it matter that I have TortoiseGit installed?

Does it matter that I am running with restricted user rights (no local admin)?

If you could create a build without your build server, I could test it to check whether it is still present in the latest version.
