Cancelling the operation of creating patch file while checking for the modifications gives an error

The details of SVN version that I am using are:
TortoiseSVN 1.12.1, Build 28628 - 64 Bit , 2019/07/19 13:44:59
ipv6 enabled
Subversion 1.12.2, -release

There is a unnecessary error message while cancelling 'Create Patch File' operation while checking modifications. The steps to reproduce the issue are as follows:
1. Check for the modifications
2. Open a file to check the modifications
3. Open File->Create Patch File
4. Click on Cancel
5. It shows the error as 'Can't open file '.' : The system can not find the path specified.'
