Repository Browser unresponsive, hangs and not connect to SVN

Hi, I'm facing issue with TortoiseSVN Repository Browser.

Version : TortoiseSVN-1.11.0.28416-x64-svn-1.11.0

It was working well in till yesterday, but now hangs when I checkout/update/show logs. It shows message like"please wait while the repository browser is initializing" and asks credentials after some time, but then it hangs.

My network looks good,able to ping to svn server, and also able to checkout from svn command prompt, so no firewall/antivirus issue as well.

Googled and followed many thread with this issue, but no luck so far.

So what's changed? Most likely your virus scanner got an update and is now interfering.
