I am looking for source code of TurtleSpira. In your website you mention this plugin is open source. but I couldn't find the code. Could you please give me the link to source code of TurtleSpira.

Sorry, seems that plugin is actually not open source. But maybe if you ask the Inflectra guys nicely, they'll give you the sourcecode for the plugin.
