I am trying to tie TortoiseSVN in to a bug tracking package...

I am trying to tie to a bug tracking package. I have tried all the plugins on https://tortoisesvn.net/issuetrackerplugins.html but with no luck. Some of it I am sure is that the software on both sides is not configured correctly.

I have done a search on the forum and it is clear that people are sucessfully connecting to JIRA and others, but I haven't found anything on how to set things up. Could some one who has one of these interfaces working please outline how they have things configured?

I spent today poking it with a stick a bit more and got Redmine working. So I am good for now - on this issue at least :) .
