TortoiseSVN could not display file's URL

In old TortoiseSVN, we can select a file ,TortoiseSVN browser's URL will display file's URL. like : https://192.168.0.21/ReposX/trunk/src/cms/a.java

But in TortoiseSVN 1.13.1, if I select a file , browser's URL cound not display the file's URL. It still display https://192.168.0.21/ReposX/trunk/src/cms.

I can copy the URL from right click menu , "Copy to clipboard" -> "Urls" , but it's hard to use , even if URL has some Multi-byte encoding chars in URL， it will dispaly like https://192.168.0.21/ReposX/branches/71100%20V4.0%20%E5%BC%80%E5%8F%91%E5%BA%93/src/cms/a.java . Can it display as old revision?
