Can TSVN use the system proxy settings?

Using v1.12 I see only options to enter proxy settings, but no "use the system proxy settings".

Can TSVN use the system proxy settings?

there are no "system proxy settings". There are proxy settings for IE, but that's not what users should even use anymore.
