Empty error on compare (network problems?)

See screenshot.

I suspect the network connection to the SVN server failed.

What I did was:
- open the Log window
- wait... (during this time the network wen down)
- doubleclick the highlighted file

TSVN version is 1.12.2 64 bit on Windows 7
