Bug: exporting single file with space in name

There seems to be a bug when exporting single file with space in the name!
 The URL for the file with space is replaced by %20 text but when exporting single file the file name has change and now contain %20 instead if the space character in name!

Easy to test.
- Create "file with the space.txt" commit into SVN.
- Get SVN URL of the (this will contain %20 instead of spaces).
- Export from SVN URL the file to local PC.
- Check the name

what I meant: I just committed the fix in r29209, so you have to wait for the next release or use a nightly build (but wait until tomorrow so the nightly build has this new commit included)
