I use "Windows Authentication" on a Win10 x64 Pro reverse proxy, Tourtoise SVN Client is not able to handle, while ALL BROWSERS ARE (!!!):

...why that??

Same problem. When I configured Network Proxy and user/pass, the proxy returned "authentication failure". Looking proxy logs, no user was send from Tortoise to proxy.

Error: Commit failed (details follow):
Error: Unable to connect to a repository at URL
Error: 'https://repo.domain.com/svn/repositories/.....'
Error: Error running context: An error occurred during authentication

TortoiseSVN 1.11.1, Build 28492 - 64 Bit , 2019/01/08 21:40:39

Problem was solved with using "Standard Authentication" instead of "Windows Authentication"...

Could you please show us the settings of your proxy server? How is it configured? What proxy settings did you enter to the %APPDATA%\Subversion\servers file or TortoiseSVN's network settings?
