[Feature request with patch] Copy revision numbers as hyperlinks

One last change I'm making in our internal build of Tortoise SVN, if you want it for the public release...

If the webviewer::revision property is set, copy revisions from the Log dialog as clickable hyperlinks for applications that accept the CF_HTML clipboard format like email, Slack, Jira, etc. Example:

1743341, 1743391

It will still copy them as plain text too for applications that don't accept the CF_HTML clipboard format.
